thats to much if you want to make your butt bigger and round it. to much time on squats can be very negative and if your doing them right you should see results in two weeks

i started doing squats like 1 month ago n i do them pretty much everyday i do 40 a day is that 2 much or 2 lil??? n r there any other moves that wud help shapen the butt and thighs

Top Video. I think this is the only video who describes a proper full squat. Excellent work
Especially the part about Hip flexors being parallel with the knees. Most of the people do half squat and they think that the bottom of the glutes should be parallel to the knees.
